Access Moar! Data

Mambo Merge, like any other App, needs to be trained and instructed on how to locate additional merge fields not populated within Template Builder and Merge Data screens. Use Relationships to map merge fields using LookUp Fields and related lists using Related Lists within routines. Access more data within the Routines object’s scope, and create meaningful documents by making sure all the connected data between objects can be displayed at once.

Step 1: Prerequisites

Before diving in, make ensure you complete the following. This will ensure everyone is up to speed and able to follow along.

1.1 Install a “Mambo Component” within the Object page you’re using for merged documents.
1.2 Use “Template Builder” to prepare the “templates” you intend to use within the Routine.
1.3 Have created a “Routine” and “Merge Button” within a “Mambo Component.”
1.4 Must be running our “Full Speed” Edition to use this feature.

Note: We recommend you check off the list above before you proceed.
